Shipping policy

When will I get my order?

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. While some products may already be in stock, others are created just for you. That's why it can take up to 3 days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 3-10 business days if you choose Registered Post Shipping within Australia. For US/NZ orders please allow about 14 days to arrive.

 

What does shipping cost?

We are offering FREE standard shipping on all Australian and NZ orders for orders over $150AUD/NZD. Express Post option (delivery within 2 days) is available as well for $25 extra.

All US orders are subject to $35 shipping fee. 

 

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to US and New Zealand as our standard practice. For shipping to other countries please contact us and we can sort something out.

 

What if I need to change my order?

As we try to process all orders as soon as possible, it's best if you contact us about your changes within 4 hours after order placement. We will then get back to you with what is possible.

 

Can I track my order?

Usually, we send you a tracking ID along with a tracking order for all orders once confirmed. If you have not received the tracking email, please contact us.
